Nursing and Wound Care

Wound Care and Dilation Support is provided by Nurse Cherry whom speaks English and Thai. She has undergone extensive training, specializing in wound care and dilation protocols, particularly in the context of gender-affirming surgeries.

The primary mission of Nurse Cherry whom is knowledgeable and highly-skilled is twofold: first, to diligently monitor the healing progress, and second, to impart essential knowledge to patients on the proper care and maintenance of their new vagina.

Liaison and Translation

With Siamese Revival we provide a liaison and translation with Becky a retired Nurse. She plays a primary role with helping translate and guide as well as facilitates every stage of the process. Her primary goal is to make things easier with providing translation and effective communication pre and post surgery. Ensuring effective communication with surgeons. She helps with admission and discharge, making the administrative process smoother.

Her nursing background and fluency in Thai makes her vital to the process by facilitating clear and accurate communication between patient and doctors. Her deep understanding of medicine and medical terminology helps her guarantee the highest quality care of the client. This helps clients make informed decisions of their treatment options during their medical journey.

Beyond this role, Becky is available to help navigate additional needs and support in an unfamiliar place.

Patient Advocacy

At Siamese Revival we pride ourselves on patient advocacy as it plays a crucial role for providing support for our clients. We provide expert guidance to navigate the intricate bureaucracy of the Thailand Medical System.

We bring extensive knowledge and experience, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care with seamless access to medical services, and assistance in overcoming any obstacles or complex issues that may arise during their healthcare journey in Thailand.

Whether it involves coordinating medical appointments, understanding insurance coverage, or addressing cultural and linguistic differences, we are committed to advocating for the best interests of you our clients and facilitating your entire healthcare experience.

Hospital Companion

We provide bilingual (English/Thai) hospital companions as well for those traveling alone or those who need extra support while in the hospital.

These companions provide round the clock support for our patients during their hospital stay and provide effective communication between the patient and hospital staff. Additionally they maintain contact with Siamese Revival team to relay how the patient is progressing in the hospital.

These companions are also available for extra support beyond the hospital, offering continued care, comfort and reassurance to the patient in their hotel room post hospital discharge should they ask for it for enhanced security and post-op care for an additional fee.
